We cater to a wide range of events — from weddings and corporate functions to private parties, concerts, and festivals. Each setup is fully customized to fit your space, schedule, and style.
Every booking includes 2x professional bartenders, all mixers, garnishes, ice, bar kits, and disposable glassware — plus debit machines. We arrive 45–60 minutes early to set up and handle full bar area cleanup at the end of the night. If your venue requires a liquor license, we take care of that at no extra charge.
Yes — we handle everything. Golden Service is fully licensed and insured. We supply and serve all alcohol, and if your venue requires a special event liquor license, we apply for it on your behalf at no additional cost to you.
Absolutely. We always stock water, juice, and soda as standard — and we're happy to incorporate a dedicated mocktail menu or non-alcoholic bar setup for guests who don't drink. Just let us know what you have in mind and we'll make it work.
Yes! Signature cocktails are one of our most popular add-ons for weddings and galas. Whether you want something named after the couple, themed to your event, or built around a specific spirit — reach out and we'll put together something memorable for your cocktail hour.
Not much at all — we've set up in some surprisingly tight spaces and always make it work. A standard bar setup fits comfortably in most venues, indoor or outdoor. If you have a specific space concern, just send us the details and we'll let you know exactly what we need.
All deposits are non-refundable. For open bar packages, the full balance is due 60 days prior to your event — cancellations inside that window remain payable in full. We understand that life happens, so if your event needs to be rescheduled, reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.
Yes — we serve Halifax and the surrounding HRM area regularly. A travel fee applies for events outside the HRM — and for overnight events, accommodations are always included at no extra charge to you. Reach out for a custom quote.
